Short biography I am Taufik Riaz, a 39 years old visual artist [an Indian male by definition 🙂 ] from Kolkata-Shantiniketan. I did my M.F.A.and B.F.A. from Kala-Bhavan, Shantiniketan in the years 2003 and 2001. My specialization was in History of Art. I have interest for many an issues on earth, work mainly with performance art and painting, also writing in Bangla on art and being involved with visual-art education (focusing on the aesthetics and practice of new-media and drawing).
